Kim Tresfon

I’m Kim Tresfon, your specialist agent in the Bishopscourt, Kenilworth Upper and Claremont Upper areas of Cape Town. Born and raised in Cape Town, I began my real estate career in 2017, and am delighted to have been awarded Regional Agent of the Year two years in a row (2020,2021)and Second Agent Nationally. In recognition of my success in selling high end properties I have achieved GoldClub and Emerald Circle status and am proud of the fact that I have held my position as one of the top three performing agents since I joined Pam Golding Properties.

After completing my education at Herschel Girls School, I obtained a BA Psych from Stellenbosch University. From there I went on to establish my career in events/wedding planning in the UK and, on my return, Cape Town, until I had my 3 children. I studied courses in nutrition and psychology during the next few years and achieved my NQF4 and PDE in real estate.

My passion for property is deep-rooted, having lived and breathed real estate my entire life. My father was one of the founders of Durr Estates and I spent much of my childhood accompanying him to show houses and auctions. I believe that these memories established a close affinity with people and their homes.

I am highly motivated and professional, but have a gentle and honest approach, listening to my clients’ needs and striving to provide the best service possible by consistently communicating and paying attention to the finer details. I understand what is required to successfully close a transaction, ensuring that the entire experience is a positive and stress-free one. I subscribe to the philosophy, “If you love your job, you never have to work a day in your life”.
