Llewellyn Pelser Snr started as an Estate Agent on 15 January 1987 thirty-six years ago this year at National Real Estate (Pty) Ltd. After 5 years at National Real Estate, he resigned as manager of the residential letting department to join Mike Spencer Homenet (Now Platinum Global Bloemfontein). Here he gained experience in commercial letting & sales, residential letting and sales as well as sectional title management. Five years later he launched his own company with a close friend, Coert Herbst. With the new company Corwell Trust he amassed a rental portfolio of just over a thousand residential and commercial leases and the management of twenty-five sectional title schemes and the insurance of the total book. Corwell Trust also had a successful sales department of ten successful agents. On the 01st of March 2008 Corwell Trust was bought by National Real Estate and Llewellyn was Principal Agent of the sales department. When he joined the sale department was only six agents strong but was built over the years under his leadership and the support of the National Real Estate management to the largest and most successful sales agencies in the Free State and Northern Cape and soon to be one of the biggest in the country. Ten years ago, Llewellyn Jr joined his father as part of the sales team and for the past five years he was the top sales agent of NRE. This year the Pelser’s decided to go on their own offering the estate agents the splits on commission that they deserve and to fully equip them with professional training, by our top property trainer Toitjie Gold, in the property sector, financing, the transfer processes and insurance to deliver Gold Star service to all our valued clients. All our agents are duly registered with the PPRA and trained to be the best sales team in the business.
