RAK Property Holdings CC was established in 1994. We are situated at 84 Monument Road, Nimrodpark, Kempton Park. We specialise in the renting and management of residential property in the Gauteng area.

We hold all the necessary fidelity certificates in place as required by the Estate Agent Affairs Board to allow us to operate a trust account and our trust account is audited on yearly basis to allow us to trade as a rental company.

We lease properties in Kempton Park, Boksburg, Benoni, Edenvale, Germiston, Midrand, Centurion, Heidelberg, Randburg, Sandton and South of Johannesburg area.

As part of our service offering we provide the following:

- Full property management depending on requirements of lessor

- Screening of clients via TPN and references

- Perform 3 or 6 monthly inspections on behalf of lessors depending on requirements of Lessors

- Provide monthly statements to lessee and lessors

- Marketing of properties for rent

We also perform free rental property evaluations.

We are also a member of RNS which allows us to sell your property if required when you don't want to rent out your property anymore. As a non-franchised company we have no restrictions with regards to areas and therefore can manage your property portfolio across various towns in the Gauteng area.
