REMAX – THE UNFAIR ADVANTAGE.

REMAX is one of the top 10 international franchises and the top international Real Estate brand, operational in more than 110 countries with more than 130 000 sales associates.

REMAX was established in South Africa in 1995 and is currently the most powerful, successful real estate brand in the country. REMAX tops the list with sales rand value, number of homes sold, and number of sales associates. REMAX is already operational in 10 countries in Southern Africa, with 160 offices and over 2 450 sale associates. REMAX Southern Africa already has sales volumes of over 20 billion rands per year.

REMAX South Africa has won the prestigious international REMAX “region of the year” award a few times. Listing a property with REMAX gives a seller an unfair advantage!

The REMAX model is designed to attract the top, experienced agents in an area, and is the most productive real estate network in the world.

It is based on living the REMAX life with passion, building lasting relationships, accountability and interdependence, adding value to clients and fellow associates, and exceeding expectations.

REMAX training and operating systems are world-class which ensures efficiency, professional conduct, and well-developed creativity and problem-solving skills amongst the professionals. Continuous training through full-time research and exploiting technology ensures an unfair advantage to associates.

The BLOEMFONTEIN REMAX franchise (REMAX FIRST), was bought by Erna Goodes and Honey Attorneys around 20 years ago, and has, under Erna’s remarkable leadership, grown exponentially to 40 sales associates and a whopping 24% Bloemfontein market share. REMAX FIRST is the proud winner of the 2020 elite national REMAX passion award, and the national top supporter of the business partners, Betterbond. REMAX FIRST is a regular in the top 5 franchises in South Africa. The national newspaper, Beeld, appointed REMAX as the top national Real Estate Company.

The REMAX associates operate as a close family with non-negotiable loyalty towards each other and steadfast integrity. Many associates had nestled in REMAX for more than 10 years, ensuring the moral values are transferred to the newcomers. The company will keep on prospering and increasing its Bloemfontein market share!
