Jonathan Broekman

Through a twist of fate and circumstance I entered the Real Estate industry in 1988 and quickly developed a passion for property. From starting by selling R45 000 apartments in Windsor and over the years progressing through the ranks larger homes and finally starting Homes of Distinction in 1997 I have gained immense experience to be able to share property advice and knowledge to all my new and loyal past clients

2017 saw the launch of Homes of Distinction Developments, our own in-house construction and development division, to widen the already established Homes of Distinction footprint; and in 2021 Homes of Distinction Property Management www.hodpm.co.za for management of Body Corporates and Homeowners Associations
