Anne-marie du Toit graduated with B.Proc. and LL.B -degrees from the Rand Afrikaans University in 1999, whereafter she completed her articles in Roodepoort and Krugersdorp on Johannesburg's West Rand. She was admitted as an attorney with High Court appearance during February 2002 and started her own practice in October 2006 in the picturesque town of Parys on the banks of the Vaal River.

She is involved locally with the community police forum and in various community projects.

Monica Drotsky graduated with an LL.B -degree from UNISA. She completed her articles of clerkship in Parys and was then admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She is in control of the practice in Bedfordview, Johannesburg and specialises in both family and criminal law. She also holds a Certificate in Medical Law through LEAD.

Both Monica and Anne-marie specialise in Family Law specifically, and have extensive experience in divorce, maintenance and family violence. Through our estate agency we also render conveyancing services and you may thus refer your transfer of immovable property to us as well.

Lizel du Toit, our Office Manager, is a brilliant legal secretary responsible for our top correspondent attorneys department, our debt collection department and general reception duties at the firm. She has exceptional talent in dealing with the public - talent which she developed while being employed as an estate agent for seventeen years. Her experience as financial advisor has been very beneficial to the firm.

Tharien Jacobs joined our firm in 2020 as candidate attorney; she graduated with a BA Law -degree from the North West University in 2019, is enrolled at UNISA to complete her LL.B. -degree and is passionate about rendering a service to the community. She is also involved in paralegal services.

Stefanie Ash (LL.B. RAU) joined the firm as consultant in certain specialised fields, including human resource management, project management, labour related matters and policies and procedures. Stefanie is an expert in Law of Contracts, Mining, Construction and Engineering law, and highly sought after as a legal advisor. She is currently employed as senior legal counsel by ABB South Africa (Pty) Ltd.

Lynette Claassen and Elmarie Greeff deliver specialist services as registered debt counsellors. Debt review, administration orders, mediations, sequestrations and liquidations are thus areas of specialisation. Every client applying is treated with the dignity he/she deserves and applications are treated with professionalism and confidentiality. They operate under the name and style of Lynette Claassen Debt Counselling (Pty) Ltd. Their debt counselling services are offered nationwide.

Elmarie also holds Diploma qualifications in Advanced Project Management and Finance Management from Damelin, has certificates in Estate Agency and is a qualified First Aid Trainer.

High School teacher Izelle van Heerden (B. Sc. UOVS) is an NQF 4 qualified estate agent and has more than a decade's experience in real estate. Izelle specialises in river front and golf estate properties and built the business on the principal of the love for property, style and estate living. Jean Meyer has been involved in real estate all her life. She wrote her EAAB Board Examination in 2000. Since then she has been involved in property development in Randfontein, employed at Pam Golding in Hiberdeen, Annerley and Parys. She obtained her NQF4 qualification in 2013 and joined the firm as estate agent involved in both rental properties and sales.

Nicolene Swanepoel joined the firm as an intern estate agent in 2020 as supportive to other estate agents. Her love of horses led to her expertise in horse training which also prepared her to be extremely attentive to fine details in sale agreements.

Mari Meyer holds both B.Cur and LL.B degrees and is a consultant to the firm with specific focus on third party claims and deceased estates. She has a National Certificate in Marketing and is an expert in Medical Law. She is an attorney at Bernard L du Plessis Inc in Alberton with an office in Parys.

Du Toit Drotsky Attorneys practice in association with Linda Smalberger Attorneys in Kyalami. Linda Smalberger holds B.Iuris and LL.B - degrees, has been admitted as an attorney with High Court appearance in 2002 and is an admitted conveyancer. She is an expert in Labour Law and Human Resource Management.
