Anna Paulina Botten

I bring 20 years of real estate experience in Hout Bay and Llandudno area, specialising in rentals and property management so the transition to selling has been a natural progression. It is essential to listen and understand my clients so that I can provide quality service and build a strong, long-lasting relationships with each client.

My business ethos is built on dedication, transparency, together with integrity, which has been the catalyst to being an award-winning agent in the corporate environment. However, now I have chosen to serve my clients within a boutique agency, which offers a more hands on approach.

I am able to offering my extensive knowledge of Hout Bay, being a resident for the past 34 years. I love Hout Bay and I want to share my knowledge of the schools, restaurants and all the amazing outdoor activities our "village" has to offer.

My passions in my spare time is, health and wellness, enjoying nature, walking my dog and gardening . I am happiest entertaining family and friends.
