This is according to Mark Tame of Percipient Property Solutions, the overriding developers of the estate, who says phases 1 and 2 have sold out, as well as 75% of available stock in phases 3 and 4.
“We are delighted at how the high level of interest in Chapman’s Bay Estate has translated into sales,” says Tame.
“With the scarcity of gated estates in the Southern Suburbs, buyers have recognised the value offering and, wishing we had even more stock to offer, we believe this quick uptake will continue in the latter phases.”
The developers broke ground on the Phase 1 townhouses at the beginning of September, and they will be completed during the second quarter of 2016. Phase 1 includes three and four bedroom homes.
“The ground breaking on the townhouses is an important milestone for us,” says Tame.
“This project has been carefully planned over the past 14 years and today we start building the first homes in what is becoming an increasingly rare commodity, secure living in a natural environment with easy access to a city.”
