Nelspruit RE/MAX agents excel nationally

Agents from the RE/MAX Lifestyle Estates office in Nelspruit walked away with several top achievement awards at the National RE/MAX Convention held in Sun City, early this year.

Agents from the RE/MAX Lifestyle Estates office in Nelspruit walked away with several top achievement awards at the National RE/MAX Convention held in Sun City, early this year.

This is according to Maurice Lodewick, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Lifestyle Estates, who says it was special for his office as this year marks the twentieth year that the RE/MAX brand has been in South Africa.

“It is a great achievement to have been able to be recognised among so many talented real estate professionals.”

Adrian Goslett, regional director and CEO of RE/MAX of Southern Africa, says they hold the annual convention to acknowledge the outstanding efforts that RE/MAX agents have put into becoming leaders in their chosen profession. It is important to us to recognise the hard work and dedication of our agents who want to provide the best possible service to their clients.

Specialising in Nelspruit, Rene Kotze, sales associate at RE/MAX Lifestyle Estates was placed eighth nationally among individual sales associates based on registrations during 2014. She also received a Chairman’s Club award and was recognised as the highest individual contributor to the RE/MAX Foundation both in the northern region and nationally.

“It was great to be recognised when we received three RE/MAX Foundation awards for our Nelspruit office and two for our Langebaan office. It just confirms that our offices and agents have the RE/MAX passion towards community involvement,” says Lodewick, whose Nelspruit office was awarded as the highest contributing franchise office in northern region to the RE/MAX Foundation.

Kim Pascoe, who specialises in property sales in the secure estates of White River, achieved the Chairman's Club award, as well as a Hall of Fame award. Sales Associate, Joy Gulle, who is also an area expert of White River and the surrounds, achieved a Millionaires Club award, with Yvonne Rodgers and Elna Haasbroek being awarded Silver club awards, while Elsabe Basson and Maurice Lodewick received 100% Club awards.
