Agents who are writing the Professional Designation Exam (PDE) on 17 November are encouraged to attend preparatory workshops being held at the IEASA training centre on 21 and 22 September.
“Agents must remember to bring the study guide issued by the EAAB, a notebook and Post-It notes to mark up necessary pages in the guide along with them to the workshop,” says Evans.Experienced trainer, Meryl Muller, will assist delegates in preparing for all aspects of the Estate Agency Affairs Board exam and establishing how much time to allocate on exam questions in order to achieve a good result, says Annette Evans, regional manager of IEASA Western Cape.
Preparation for PDE 4 will be on Wednesday, 21 September from 09:00 to 12:00, and PDE 5 on the Thursday, 22 September at the same times.
The cost to attend either workshop is R350 for members and R450 for non-members.
