Security

Each unit in our Village offers security doors, burglar bars and 24-hour access control guard house. The complex is further secured by a brick perimeter wall, palisade fencing and an electrical fence. Access to the Village is controlled by an intercom linked to the main gate. Further piece of mind is offered by an electric gate and some units have motorized garage doors. Safety and security of the residents is always the number 1 priority.

Investment

Buying at Sterlig is a retirement investment that complies to the Act on

Housing Development Schemes for Retired Persons, Act 65 of 1988 and

Medical Care

Life Right is a way of purchasing the right to live in a specific unit in a retirement facility. It gives the purchaser the security of tenure for the remainder of his/her life. With a life right option, your initial capital amount will be refunded when your contract terminates, less outstanding costs.

Sectional Title

Once you buy on Sectional Title the unit is registered on you name and you receive your own Title Deed. The unit can then be inherited, rented out, you may upgrade the unit. Bonds may be be registered against the property. Or you can sell the unit at market value should you wish t do so.
