4) THE IMPROVEMENTS

Main House:

This house is a 2-bedroom house. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. There is a huge open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge area opens to a large BBQ and Bonfire place outside. The main house area has a built 1.2m wall to keep pets (dogs) inside the yard.

Rounded Chalet:

Bordering the Main House is a “Rondavel” (round shaped chalet). This chalet has its own Kitchen, 1 bedroom and Bathroom.

Lodge House:

There is a large 3-bedroom House. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a Kitchen and Lounge area. The Kitchen opens to a Restaurant area with a Bar and its own Kitchen. (The Restaurant area needs some tlc and is not in operation at all)

Lapa:

There is a thatch roof Lapa, a BBQ Boma area with a swimming pool.

Chalets:

There are 2 x Bachelor's flats. Each flat consists of its own Bedroom and Bathroom. The Bachelors flats can accommodate 2 people in total.

There are 4 Chalets. Each Chalet has two separate Units. Each unit is private and has its own 2 bedrooms, a Kitchen and one Bathroom. These chalets can accommodate up to 32 people.

Store Rooms and other additional buildings:

There is a thatch slaughtering room which is currently used as a storage room.

There is an additional Storage area close to the owner’s house.

Temperatures: Summer - max. 30 ºC and min. 17 ºc.

Winter - max. 22 ºC and min. 5 ºc.

Climate: The Waterberg Naboomspruit area has a unique healthy climate. The summer night temperatures drop down to below 20 ºC, which makes it bearable without a need of air-conditioning.

Game

Due to the cattle on the property which is the main farming activity, there are not a lot of game. The following game is included in the sale and are roaming freely on the open farm:
