Hello, my name is Liana. I have been with Pam Golding Properties since May 2024, specialising in sales across Panorama, Edgemead, and Burgundy Estate.

Real estate has been a part of my life from a young age - I grew up in a real estate environment and have been showing houses with my mom since I was a little girl. This early exposure ignited my passion for property and the joy of connecting people with their dream homes.

Having relocated a business and home from Pretoria to Cape Town nine years ago, I truly understand the challenges of moving and settling into a new community. Since joining Pam Golding, I have successfully sold eight properties in my first eight months - a testament to my dedication and commitment to my clients.

With a background in Public Relations and over 25 years in marketing, I am a natural networker and collaborator. I love working with people from all walks of life, building meaningful relationships, and guiding them through one of the most significant decisions of their lives. Being detail-oriented and always bringing a positive outlook in both my personal and professional life, I believe in the motto "Be the light!" For me, success is measured by the smiles of my clients.

I have been happily married for 26 years to my best friend and business partner in the garment printing industry. In my free time, I enjoy quality moments with family and friends, getting creative, listening to good music, and soaking in Cape Town’s breathtaking sunsets from my home in Panorama or on a beach walk.
