Yolande Lombard

I am Yolande Lombard and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2012. I specialise in rentals and sales in the Hartbeespoort area. In my spare time I enjoy entertaining, cooking, camping, reading and spending quality time with friends and family.

I focus on the Xanadu, Birdwood, Melodie, Schoemansville, Ifafi, Meerhof, Caribbean Beach Club, K’Shane and the greater Kosmos area.

After moving to Hartbeespoort, I joined Pam Golding Properties in August 2012 and have loved it ever since. I enjoy the challenge of guiding clients through the process of finding them their dream home and one that fits their needs and budget. My goal is to match the buyer with the home that suits all their requirements.

The fact that I really love the beautiful area that I work in makes renting and selling so much easier. My work ethics are based on those of the EAAB as well as Pam Golding. The Pam Golding Properties brand has a wonderful focus on serving clients and going the extra mile. Their technology is always one step ahead and the partnership with i.e. OOBA makes it a pleasure to assist the buyers with finance or any other assistance they might require.

I am proud to state that I have passed my PDE exam and have qualified in the NQF4 qualification. I love the challenge and adrenaline rush of the real estate industry as well as the fact that I meet wonderful people each day.

I am also involved in the community in various forums that all endeavour to uplift or develop.
