Tanya Rautenbach

I am Tanya Rautenbach, Property Practitioner at Harcourts Rustenburg Sales, wife & mother of 2 children, a proper pigeon pair, first my son then my daughter.

I have worked in the corporate industry as a Service Advisor for a well-known car manufacturer then became a business owner of a franchise store in the liquor industry. I recently sold my business & on a whim decided to see if real estate is something I could do.

I am a very to the point person & like it when things are done in an orderly fashion always paying attention to the finer details.

I matriculated in Nelspruit in the year 2000, started working in the hospitality industry in Mosselbay, went to England & worked abroad for a time before returning & straight into the corporate world in Rustenburg.

I have worked with people in all my careers being able to work through any & every situation possible.

I joined the Harcourts Rustenburg Sales team in March 2022, coming from another agency immediately deciding this is where I want to be, our clients come first & we go out of our way to assist in every way possible.

It is part of my business ethics to always be honest and direct with you regarding your property. I will assist in any way I can to have the market analyzed around your property offering you the best advice, from there we will work together in putting a plan into place to get your property marketed & sold making an impact on the market.
