Temp Receptionist/Office Assistant (Maternity Leave contract)

Property24 is looking for a temp Receptionist/Office Assistant from the 1st August to December 2018

Job Description

  • Reception and switchboard operator
  • Branch administration of petty cash and attendance register
  • Managing of kitchen and cleaning staff
  • Ordering monthly supplies
  • Ordering of refreshments and lunches for delegates
  • Manage shared equipment
  • General office administration and filing
  • Welcoming guest
  • Ensure the Reception area and Boardrooms is kept tidy
  • Arrange parking for visitors
  • Booking of Boardrooms
  • Liaise with suppliers and couriers
  • Running errands when required (therefore must have own vehicle)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good command of English (verbal and written)
  • Energetic with positive attitude
  • Well presented
  • Proficiency in MS Office – MS Word, Excel and Outlook
