We are situated on the 4th floor, 6 Durban Club Place. The building is tenanted solely by legal practitioners including the majority of the Durban Bar. We are 5 minutes walk from the High Court and next door to the Masters Office.

The directors of the Company are Richard Pearton and Kelvin Walker. Roy Phillips retired as a director in 2004 and has remained on as a Consultant.Jade Govender completed her articles at the end of 2012 and is now a professional Assistant. Segran has joined us as our candidate attorney.

We have a company car and are in a position to deliver and collect documents in and around the greater Durban area. Thorpe and Hands has over the years always been a small firm and prides itself on giving its clients personal service. We are on the conveyancing panels of major banks and utilize the Nedbank corporate saver for investing clients funds. Richard Pearton is admitted to appear in the High Court and the Constitutional Court. We are BEE compliant with a level 5 rating.
