Pienaar says the figures also show that the number of home sales in Featherbrooke has held steady at around 75 for the past three years, and that more than half (59%) of sales made over the past 12 months have taken place at an average price of R3.2 million.

Featherbrooke is also close to the Silverstar Casino with its range of entertainment offerings, restaurants, bars and movies, but she says the chief attraction remains the estate’s location alongside the magnificent botanical gardens, offering mountain and valley views from most homes here.
