The 35-storey building to be situated close to the entrance to the Waterfront at the intersection of Buitengracht Street and Hans Strijdom Avenue in Central Cape Town will house a hotel, gymnasium, restaurants, offices and parking.
At a height of 137,6 meters above sea level it will compare favourably with neighbouring buildings, with its decorative top structure giving it an edge over the next highest building in the city.
The building will be constructed and operated as a green building with the proposed building design being subject to review through agreed-upon future interactions with the municipality as well as the advisory panel.
