In Vanderbijlpark, an industrial city south of Johannesburg, home to the largest steelworks in the southern hemisphere, an erf of 5 121sqm comprising seven consolidated and ideal for a mixed-use commercial/retail development, is up for auction with an opening bid of R5.5 million, says MC du Toit, CEO of BidX1 South Africa.
