A new secure estate is being developed on the slopes of Chapman’s Peak in Noordhoek - one of the Cape’s most iconic landmarks.
Occupying 27ha of land in total, Chapman’s Peak Estate neighbours the acclaimed De Goede Hoop Estate, already established as one of the South Peninsula’s most prestigious and secure addresses.
Its other near neighbour is Cape Point Vineyards, the award-winning winery with recent accolades including several Old Mutual trophies as well as multiple five-star ratings in the Platters Wine Guide.
The owners of this vineyard have made the land available to develop the new residential estate, which is being marketed exclusively by Pam Golding Properties (PGP).

Chapman’s Peak Estate consists of 28 full title stands, each 4 000 square metres or larger in size. Prices range from R3.1 million to R9 million, depending on the size and location within the estate.
Buyers may design their own dream homes, provided these conform with the estate’s design guidelines. These are aimed at creating architectural sympathy with the magnificent surroundings, and encourage a sophisticated, modern African theme with the use of natural stone, timber and earth-tone colours.
