New retirement estate homes in Cape's Malmesbury from R1.799m

The first phase of the new Fonteine Village Country Estate on the outskirts of the historic town of Malmesbury is complete, with only three of the sought-after units still available for sale. The second phase is now selling homes off-plan, with 44% of units already claimed, and 60% of civil works completed.
