The well-connected suburb of Strathavon in Sandton is emerging as a firm favourite among buyers due to its close proximity to the Sandton CBD and peaceful suburban feel.

The suburb offers a diverse mix of housing, ranging from contemporary apartments to townhouses, cluster homes and freestanding houses. Most of the stock in the area, 56.4%, is sectional title units, according to recent figures from Lightstone.
