The clients has a strict budget and she wanted a double- storey with an entrance hall access from the home to her double automated garage and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a separate laundry/scullery.
The husband wanted a patio with a built-in braai a double garage with enough space for a pool to be added at a later stage.
The 1st floor has a study nook with 2nd and 3rd bathroom sharing a bathroom with a shower basin and wc.
They did not need a bath as they only have two boys.
The main bedroom is extra spacious with a small balcony a separate dressing room with a full bathroom a corner bath.
Double basin, shower and toilet.
The owner specified a Tuscan/Bali style.
They get to choose they own finishes i.e. all flooring, kitchen, granite tops, stove, balustrades, cornices, doors and door handles, light fittings, garage door.
