Water
There are a number of boreholes on the properties. The Ncazala River forms the entire Western boundary of the farm for approximately 8km. A number of fountains occur on the farm. There is also a large dam on the Ncazala River, which fall predominantly within the farms boundaries. There are a total of 16 earth dams on the farms ranging from small to very large.
Topography
Most of the farm is relatively flat or gently undulating. The western boundary of the farm is bordered by a steep river valley formed by the Ncazala River, with numerous cliffs and rock outcrops.
Vegetation
Much of the farm is open grazing with a high average grazing component for all the portions. There are areas with Black Wattle (Acacia mernzii) infestations.
