You would purchase a 1/8 share in a Pty Limited Company, which owns the lodge by freehold title. For R350 000.00 you would be entitled to six individual weeks usage of the fully furnished and equipped lodge( every third year you have seven weeks). The price is inclusive of a family membership i.e member, spouse and dependant children under 25yrs of age. The weeks run Friday to Friday.
