Rothmann Phalamohlaka Inc has been established in 1994 under the name and style of T Rothmann Inc with Tania Rothmann as sole director. During February 1995 Tiaan Rothmann joined as co-director of the company Rothmann & Rothmann Inc. In 2005 Jack Phahlamohlaka was appointed as director and the Company name was changed to Rothmann Phahlamohlaka Inc (R & P).
