In June 2007, Mlangeni Gasela Attorneys, a sole proprietor by Mr. Sipho Raymond Mlangeni was joined by Mr. Mfanufikile Magagula and Mrs. Zoleka Mcetywa to form incorporation, Mlangeni Gasela Magagula Incorporated (“MGM Inc”).
The trio together is a dynamic wholly owned black law firm whose core and principal business is rendering professional legal service in corporate, conveyancing/property and commercial law in South Africa. At MGM Inc we are of the firm conviction that we have identified a niché in the South African legal practice. The current and ongoing dearth of black lawyers and firms, who possess the expertise required in all aspects of law, cannot continue indefinitely.
To this end we are confident that with the skills, expertise, experience and resources we have at our disposal we are poised to be among the first and credible black law firms that are capable of making significant inroads into the branches of the South African legal practice. Our founding partner Mr Sipho R Mlangeni has wide legal experience both in the mining industry and in legal practice in general. This wide ranging experience was acquired in both South Africa and in several other jurisdictions within Africa.
