The original Practice was established by Hymie Touyz in approximately 1960 and was incorporated in its present form by the current senior directors Johannes Schoeman, Gary Stanley Gravett, Anton Janse Van Rensburg & Mathew Moodley in 1997.
Due to hard work and dedication by the directors and staff, the firm grew rapidly and relocated to its new office building in Berea, East London in 2002, where its Head Office is currently based.
In this office we have five practicing Conveyancers with an approximate combined 100 years of conveyancing experience as well as practicing Notaries with an approximate combined 65 years of notarial experience. Nine dedicated conveyancing secretaries are based in this office.
This office also houses our litigation department which attends to all facets of litigation, including but not limited to High Court litigation, Magistrates Court litigation, Debt Collection, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, Insolvency matters and also other related fields of law practice such as estates.
