Sixteen cul de sac homes in the Hemel en Aarde Country Club estate, situated between the Western Cape towns of Onrus and Hermanus, have come onto the market.

Developers Basson & Jordaan have designed 16 plot-and-plan opportunities within the larger estate. These are now available for purchase through PGP, priced from R1,699m to R1,799m.

The designs offer a choice of two or three-bedroomed homes, ranging in size from 174sq m to 238sq m, and all situated on plots of 400sq m. All of the homes will have verandahs with their own built-in braais, allowing residents to make the most of the fresh sea air and lovely weather for which the Overberg region is known.

PGP's area manager for Hermanus, Adrian Kuiper, says the access to the estate's facilities is a key selling point of this small development-within-a-development. "Hemel en Aarde estate has comprehensive communal features, including a residents' clubhouse with bar, a fully-equipped fitness centre with sauna and steam-bath, a heated pool, squash and tennis courts and a putting green, as well as an 8km jogging track. The estate covers 45 hectares," says Pam Golding Properties' (PGP) area manager for Hermanus, Adrian Kuiper.
