Two adjacent Cape wine farms will be auctioned on Friday 5 September 2008 at 11:00.
Hooggenoeg (39 hectares) and Gletwyn (31 hectares) will be offered separately and jointly.
These farms are located on the Polkadraai Road between Stellenbosch and Kuilsriver, just outside the urban edge. They are also close to the Zevenwacht and Saxenburg estates.
Both farms offer possibilities with quality grapes being produced. A guest farm or conference function centre would be ideal.
The farms are easily accessible and only 20 minutes from Cape Town's International airport.
The auction will take place on the farm Hooggenoeg.
