A guest house in St Helena Bay on the West Coast has just come on to the market.

"Situated in Vioolbaai Close, Vioolbaai Villas guest house offers four individual self-catering cottages at R3,2m for the entire package," says Colleen Seabell, who heads Seeff's guest house division.

Each self-catering unit or villa at Vioolbaai Villas is situated in such a way that each is private, but they are also ideal for more than one family or a group that is staying apart but socialising together. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage also has a kitchen, dining room area, lounge, two garages and an outside braai area.

Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a porch with a built-in braai area. Two of the villas have a separate lounge and dining room area. The villas range from a bachelor unit to a two-bed, two-bathroom unit. All of the villas feature an inside fireplace and have DSTV. There is loads of secure parking available.

"December is already fully booked at R2,800 per night. The interiors are modern and upmarket, and it is being sold as a going concern," Seabell says.

St Helena Bay is one and half hours' drive from Cape Town. The Shelly Point Golf Course/Club facility is 5 km from Vioolbaai Villas while the Berg River mouth is 25 km to the north.

The guest house is also well-situated for day visits to the West Coast National Park, Cape Columbine Nature Reserve and the Paternoster fishing village.
