The Rawson Properties' Fish Hoek franchisees have just opened an office in Simon’s Town. This is run by Arlette Smith, an agent with 16 years' property experience, and her new recruit, Melanie Levenson.
Asked to quantify the size of the Simon’s Town market, Bosman said that in 2009 - R157 031 000 worth of sales were made there and the area has not quantified the effect of the successful soccer World Cup. This, said Bosman, is likely to be “big” because so many visitors came to the town.
Rawson Properties' new Simon’s Town office is in the Main Road in the Broadwalk Centre, which overlooks the yacht basin and flanks Jubilee Square.
