A variety of residential properties in Gauteng, ranging from land to townhouses to large family homes, are currently being sold at auctions until Wednesday 19 May.
Aucor’s director of property, Paul Winterstein, says the process is transparent and expedient, with sellers able to sell properties within 30 days of putting them on auction, and purchasers buying at true market value.
Bidders in the market for houses have several options:
