Pam Golding Property (PGP) group won two major awards at the International Property Awards held in Dubai on 17 November this year.
Competing against national real estate companies on the continent, the PGP group received the awards for Best Real Estate Agency South Africa and Best Real Estate Agency Africa.
As winner on the African continent the group will compete against other five-star winners in other regions of the world, namely Asia Pacific, Europe, Arabia, UK and the Americas, with the winners in each category being identified as the World’s Best.
Entrants to the International Property Awards had to base their entry on one selected office within the organisation.
PGP focused on its Sea Point – Atlantic Seaboard office, established some 30 years ago and a flagship for the company, servicing Cape Town’s prime coastal region home to some of South Africa’s most sought after real estate.
Dr Andrew Golding, chief executive officer of PGP says Cape Town is an undisputed world class city which is constantly raising the bar - being ranked first on TripAdvisor’s list of Top 25 Destinations in the World in the Travellers’ Choice Awards 2011 and recently declared World Design Capital 2014.
High end sales of residential property by PGP in Cape Town currently achieves prices in excess of R20 million.
Recent notable sales include the sale of luxury homes and apartments for R35 million in Bishopscourt and R27 million in Bantry Bay.
