A new boutique development has been launched in Cape Town’s City Bowl

Layouts for the apartments include a choice of one- or two-bedroomed open-plan apartments, some with view terraces.

Wexford Place will comprise of 12 apartments in a brand new block on the corner of Wexford Road and Exner Avenue in Vredehoek.

There will be three garden apartments, six simplex units on the ground, first and second floors, plus three duplexes occupying the second and third stories.

Apartments will range in size from 72sqm to 217sqm, inclusive of terraces and decks. One of the duplex units will include a rooftop deck offering spectacular views across the City Bowl.

Layouts for the apartments include a choice of one- or two-bedroomed open-plan apartments, some with view terraces.

Security features will include perimeter control and electronic access gates for both vehicles and pedestrians, as well as an intercom system for visitors. Secure undercover parking as well as storage rooms are planned.

Prices range from R2.2 million to R3.6 million, inclusive of VAT and with no transfer duty payable.

“The location of Wexford Place is a quiet residential area on the slopes of Table Mountain, offering fantastic views over the city and mountain yet just minutes away is the buzz of Kloof Street…,” says Pam Golding Properties’ (PGP) area manager for the City Bowl, Basil Moraitis.

PGP’s MD for the Western Cape metro region, Laurie Wener, says that as well as being attractive to buyers, the building should be of interest to investors, due to the steady demand for rental accommodation in the City Bowl area.
