Two property auctions, the one residential and the other commercial, will be held on the same day at Summer Place in Hyde Park.

Some interesting properties, such as the Roxy’s Rhythm Bar in Melville, Johannesburg, will be going under the gavel on Wednesday 21 July.

Savile Row Auctions said in a statement the auction will be held on 21 July 2010 and will start at 10:00 with the residential auction, followed by the commercial one at 12:00.

The Wilderness Beach Hotel, cnr Marine Drive and South Street, Wilderness

The Wilderness is located in the centre of the Garden Route halfway between George and Knysna and benefits from international and national tourism and the passing trade along the N2 Highway making the Wilderness a new micro destination.

The Wilderness Beach Hotel is located in the eastern section of the Wilderness and is neighboured by the Views Boutique Hotel, Spa and Restaurant, Caltex Filling Station and a development site for the Waves Village Market which will comprise upmarket tourist shops, delis, a superette, convenience shops and conference centre.
