A host of commercial and residential properties will be auctioned off in Johannesburg on 1 October 2009.

The day will start with the commercial auction at 12:00, followed by residential directly thereafter.

"We will be auctioning 18 commercial properties and nine residential properties at an estimated value of R300m," says Mark Kleynhans, managing director of Savile Row Auctions.
