According Lew Geffen, the Chairman of Lew Geffen Sotheby’s International Realty, “We take great care when bringing new franchisees into our network. Our strategy has always been to align our name, which is linked to Sotheby's International Realty brand and some of the world’s top real estate brokerage firms, with exceptional people and proven South African real estate firms.

“The tremendous growth of Lew Geffen Sotheby’s International Realty in South Africa and the growth of the brand as a trusted name in real estate can be attributed to our acute attention to finding only the best people to bring into our network. This is the reason we have done so well in the recession, added to the fact that our brand attracts “professional people” who can afford the properties that we offer.”

Geffen says that the new franchisees epitomise the values of Lew Geffen Sotheby’s International and have the insight and expertise to deliver the highest calibre service.
