A number of properties in KwaZulu-Natal will go on auction over the next week. The first auction, taking place at the Margate Hotel, will see properties in Marina Beach, Pennington, Southbroom and Mtwalumi going on sale.
A large, double-storey property in Ridge Road, Marina Beach has three bedrooms, a large open-plan lounge and dining room, double garages and a swimming pool.
This will be followed by the sale of a timber holiday home in the secure Umkobi Lodge complex in Southbroom. In Pennington a three-bedroom property with a separate flat will be up for sale.
Finally, a 4159 sqm stand with uninterrupted sea views at the Coveway development in Mtwalumi, will be offered for sale.
Next weekend several properties on the North Coast will be auctioned. These include a three-bedroomed home and an undeveloped stand in the Prince’s Grant Golf Estate outside KwaDukuza.
A large four-bedroomed home with two one-bedroomed cottage flats in Umhlanga Rocks will go on auction next weekend. This property has income-generating potential for the owner.
