A new Just Letting franchise headed up by Sunette Roberts has opened in Pretoria and will service  Brooklyn and other Old East suburbs.

The franchise, in new offices at 41 Dely Road in Hazelwood, has properties that were previously on the books of the Waterkloof branch, which closed in July and a number of new listings.

The franchise, in new offices at 41 Dely Road in Hazelwood, has properties that were previously on the books of the Waterkloof branch, which closed in July and a number of new listings. Roberts says she selected Brooklyn, Hatfield and the surrounding Old East suburbs because there is a high demand for rental properties, with clients ranging from students looking for a single room through to staff needing upmarket accommodation.

She says they specialise in letting and have many properties on their books that are close to the University.

“We will be using the recently launched Just Property IT (JPIT) system which was developed for an in-house Property Management System. This system and the planned future enhancements will place us, Just Property Group Brooklyn, far ahead in the business of managing rental properties ...”

She says she selected the Just Letting franchise because the company started trading in 1999, and has become well established as South Africa’s largest Letting and residential management specialist, with an impeccable name in the rental market. Roberts says although they are starting small, they plan to expand to three rental agents and three sales agents, for the coming year. She says they would also like to grow the business to include commercial property in the next few years.

Brooklyn is the170th Just Property Group franchise in the country and  focuses on residential letting and sales.
