Pebble Bay development's 126 units in Gordon's Bay were sold out within a month, this following LaBella's being sold out in just 45 days. More new affordable developments are planned for Gordon's Bay, such as Mont Blanc on Hibiscus Road.

The complex is situated only 400 m from a Pick 'n Pay shopping centre, beaches and Harbour Island Marina. Hibiscus Road is currently being upgraded to accommodate the expansion in the area.
