Prime commercial, retail and residential properties to the total value of R250 million will come under the hammer on the day.
One such property to feature is a prime commercial piece of land in Corporate Park North in Randjespark, Midrand.
Stands 447 and 448 have a total extent of 22 461 square metres and have been allocated special zoning.
