A property management firm has expanded its areas of property management in the Western Cape through the recent securing of two new property management contracts in Camps Bay and Beaufort West.
Spire Properties secured the property management for Isaacs Corner in Camps Bay, a new retail development in a prime seafront location. The new development has a restaurant/leisure focus, and tenants already set to move into the premises in November of this year are Col'Cacchio, Vida e Caffee and Kauai, with two more to be announced shortly.
"This is a great new contract for Spire as this is a high-profile, upmarket area, and we hope that we will be able to add value to the property through our services" says Marc Edwards, newly appointed general manager of Spire.
Spire will also be managing the recently completed Beaufort Mall in the town of Beaufort West. The centre, which covers 6,843sq m, is to be anchored by Pick 'n Pay, Truworths, Mr Price and other national retailers together with a complement of national and local tenants. Handover will take place in November of this year.
