Competition Rules - we know you love them…
The competition opens at 12pm on 1 November 2011 and closes at 5pm on 22 November 2011.
The closing time will be judged according to Property24.com's watch. Property24.com reserves the right to make this judgement call.
There will be a weekly draw of one prize per week.
There will be a weekly draw of one spot prize per week.
There will be 1 grand prize draw once the competition has closed.
Users will be able to create more than one house per week; but their names will only be added to the database once per week.
The draw mechanism will be a lucky draw.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes cannot be transferred and or exchanged for cash.
Previous winners will be allowed to enter.
The winners will be contacted directly by Property24.com.
Prizes will be delivered by the sponsor or Property24.com.
All prizes will only be delivered within South Africa.
The winner of the Coricraft couch will get to choose from a preselected list of couches.
The winner of the TV will need to collect it at a specified location (TBC).
A valid TV licence is required on collection. Staff members and the immediate families of Korbitec and the application creators may not enter. If a response from the winner is required by Property24.com after being notified of their winnings, the winner is required to respond within two months of being notified or they may forfeit their prize if Property24.com sees fit. This competition is intended for fun and to share in the love of property. No bad mouthing other contestants, poor sportsmanship or defamation of character will be tolerated.
