Engel & Völkers Southern Africa has signed licences and will open branches in Bryanston, Fourways and the West Rand.

The West Rand License Partnership is set to open in an attention-grabbing signature shop in Christiaan de Wet Road in March 2012 and will cover areas from Northriding to Randfontein.
“We are delighted to welcome Clive van Ryneveld and Regan van Heerden to the E&V family and believe that this will be the start of great things to come in the area” says Craig Hutchison, chief executive officer of Engel & Völkers Southern Africa.
The license was also signed for the Bryanston and Fourways area.
The shop is planned to open in April 2012 in the new Nicolway Shopping Centre.
The four co-owners of the license area are Debra Campbell, Willem Van Der Post, Mike Jarvis and Grant Krog.
Engel & Völkers are proud to have the Bryanston, Fourways area joining the team, says Hutchison.

He adds that recent statistics have shown a rise in demand for luxury homes and therefore the timing of this shop could not be better.
