This five-bedroomed home in Diemersfontein Wine and Country Estate near Wellington is on the market for R7,2-million.
An elegant country home on 1 700 sqm in the Cape winelands estate of Diemersfontein, 45 minutes outside Cape Town in the Wellington area is being sold for R7,2-million.
According to Pam Golding Properties’ Annien Borg, the home is one of the best in the secure estate. She says it is set on an elevated hillside site among the vineyards and provides uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.
