Ryan Joffe Properties was tasked with selling the four properties following the successful sale of the Don Hotel in Sea Point, Cape Town.
According to the agency, the property in Isando was sold for R24.5 million, Bruma in Johannesburg (R20 million) Pretorius Street in Arcadia Pretoria (R19 million) and Schoeman Street in Arcadia Pretoria (R21 million).
