Biography – Warren Jack

Commercial and industrial specialist, Warren Jack has been a role-player in the property industry for nearly thirty years.

He cut his teeth at a top Port Elizabeth company as one of the first commercial brokers in the Eastern Cape. For the past five years, he has been co-owner of the Warren Jack Property Group.

The group – which also boasts a residential component – is one of the foremost commercial and industrial property brokers in the country. Jack also serves on the esteemed Rode panel that publishes a respected quarterly national property review.

He is passionate about property and his home city of PE, which he believes to be an undiscovered gold mine in the commercial and industrial sectors – a fact investors from all over the country are waking up to.

Some of their recent success stories in and around Nelson Mandela Bay include the Access Park retail facility, the R200m Old Union Spinning Mills industrial complex and an R85m industrial development in Old Grahamstown Road. A R500m development next to the sought-after William Moffett Expressway is currently underway.
