Lew Geffen Sotheby’s Atlantic Seaboard, have announced a partnership which will see the company’s current offering develop into a full turn-key solution.
The partnership sees Clinton Braude, Philipp Levenhagen and Adam Mauerberger join current Managing Director, Rob Stefanutto, as Executive Directors of Lew Geffen Sotheby’s Atlantic Seaboard, with each director heading up a specialist division within the company.
“This business model has never been implemented in the real estate industry before,” says Stefanutto. The new partnership structure allows the company to offer a full service to meet all customer needs, ranging from expert advice and offerings in short- and long-term rentals, property sales and property developments in the luxury property sector.
“Our unique overlap system allows for a premium service. Customers are pushed for time and do not want to re-explain their needs each time they choose to look at another market. Now they continue to work with one agent they know and trust, rather than not being able to choose who they work with,” Stefanutto says.
Braude has valuable experience in the real estate trade and heads up the luxury property division, while being responsible for legal affairs. Levenhagen leads international sales with his extensive experience of the European market, and is responsible for the agency’s PR and Marketing. Mauerberger will head up business development and short term rentals. Stefanutto heads up the sales of property developments and luxury homes, while managing day-to-day operations of the agency.
